1. Rules of procedure

• Any participation in the tournament implies the adoption of all the articles of the present rules. The organizing committee has the right to disqualify partially or totally any player who does not respect these rules.
• All players must, upon arrival, present themselves to the scoring table for scoring.
• The order of the matches will be determined by the organization and may be modified according to the needs of the tournament.
• The organizers reserve the right to modify the pools and/or tables if necessary, as well as the registration categories (according to previous results or authorization by the player) in order to optimize the competition.
• Matches will be self-refereed by the loser of the previous match. In case of dispute, the players will be able to address the table of mark.
• Any player who does not answer the call of his/her name within 5 minutes may be disqualified by the organizing committee, regardless of the stage of the competition.
• Any player wishing to leave the club must inform the score table, otherwise he/she could be announced as a forfeit for his/her next match.
• All players must be present on the designated court with all the accessories needed for their match (racket, bottle, towel, ...).
• Players are asked not to use the courts for any purpose other than tournament matches, unless a warm-up court is provided for that purpose.

2. Organization

Preliminary round (pools)

Levels A and B will be mixed as well as levels C and D.
The matches of the preliminary round will be played in 1 game of 15 points (2 points difference). The result of the preliminary round
The result of the preliminary round will determine your rank for the tables.

Tables

Tables by levels will be made according to the results of the preliminary round.
All places will be played.
Matches in the tables will be played best of 3 games or best of 5 games depending on the number of
number of participants.
The games will be played in 11 points (2 points difference).

• The balls are provided by the organization.
• Upon arrival on the court, players will have 5 minutes to warm up before the start of the match.
• The squash tournament is governed by the rules of the French Squash Federation (www.ffsquash.com)

* The tournament will be supervised by referee Matthieu Savin.

1. Règlement intérieur

• Toute participation au tournoi implique l’adoption de tous les articles du présent règlement. Le comité organisateur a la faculté de disqualifier partiellement ou totalement tout joueur ou joueuse qui ne respecterait pas ce règlement intérieur.
• Tous les joueurs et joueuses devront, dès leur arrivée, se présenter à la table de marque pour pointage.
• L’ordre des matchs sera déterminé par l’organisation et pourra être modifié selon les besoins du tournoi.
• Les organisateurs se réservent le droit de modifier les poules et/ou les tableaux si nécessaire, ainsi que les catégories d’inscription (en fonction de précédents résultats ou de l’autorisation par le joueur/joueuse) afin d’optimiser la compétition.
• Les matchs seront auto-arbitrés par le perdant du match précédent. En cas de litige, les joueurs pourront s’adresser à la table de marque.
• Tout joueur/joueuse ne répondant pas à l’appel de son nom passé un délai de 5 minutes pourra être disqualifié par le comité organisateur, et ce, quel que soit le stade de la compétition.
• Tout joueur/joueuse désirant quitter le club doit en avertir la table de marque, sinon celui-ci pourrait être annoncé comme forfait pour son prochain match.
• Tout joueur/joueuse devra se présenter sur le terrain désigné avec tous les accessoires utiles à son match (Raquette, bouteille, serviette, . . .).
• Les joueurs/joueuses sont invités à ne pas utiliser les terrains à d’autres fins que pour les matchs du tournoi, sauf si un terrain d’échauffement est prévu à cet effet.

2. Organisation

Tour Préliminaire (poules)

Les niveaux A et B seront mélangés ainsi que les niveaux C et D.
Les matchs du tour préliminaire se feront en 1 jeu de 15 points (2 points d’écarts). Le résultat du tour
préliminaire déterminera votre rang pour les tableaux.

Tableaux

Des tableaux par niveaux seront effectués en fonction des résultats du tour préliminaire.
Toutes les places seront jouées.
Les matchs des tableaux se joueront au meilleur des 3 jeux ou au meilleur des 5 jeux en fonction du
nombre de participants.
Les jeux se joueront en 11 points (2 points d’écarts).

• Les balles sont fournies par l’organisation.
• Dès leur arrivée sur le terrain, les joueurs disposent de 5 minutes pour s’échauffer avant le début du match
• Le tournoi de Squash est régi par les règles de la Fédération Française de Squash (www.ffsquash.com)

* Le tournoi sera supervisé par l’arbitre Matthieu Savin.
